Contributed to the redesign of the TEPEZZA HCP website, improving usability through more intuitive navigation and interactive elements. Partnered closely with UX and development teams to bring solutions to life, and designed a custom iconography system to clarify complex content and enhance visual consistency. The redesign helped inform a broader brand refresh, with elements of the design system extending into social and email marketing.

Research
Audience
TEPEZZA HCP’s demographic are doctors and health care professionals. Specifically, they cater to eye doctors and Thyroid Eye Disease Specialists.
I was tasked with focusing on brand objectives and strategies most relevant to the HCP’s that visit the site. Doctors prefer the more gruesome, eye-catching imagery, no pun intended. Interactive content draws users in to the site and invites the HCP to engage with the content.
We incorporated the new, quirky, flashy, and memorable campaign imagery throughout the client’s website. Our updates included, animated graphs, before-and-after images with a comparison slider function, and highlighter elements to increase engagement with the website’s content.
